Meet Honey and Deirdre, the Human Design educators behind HD Gateways. We bring our individual strengths and shared experience together to make Human Design clear, practical and approachable.

I’ve always been fascinated by patterns – what makes us who we are, what helps us thrive and what keeps us stuck.
Human Design helped me understand the unique blueprint of who I am and the gifts I came here to express. Yet, despite years of self-discovery, I kept coming up against the same blocks.
Then I discovered Source Code – the missing piece of the puzzle.
Human Design revealed my blueprint. Source Code helped me identify, dissolve and resolve the unconscious coping patterns that were preventing me from fully living it.
Today, I weave Human Design and Source Code together, bringing lived experience, insight and practical wisdom to my work. If you are interested in these tools for deeper exploration – for yourself, as a parent or with your partner – I’d love to guide and support you.
Honey King
My name is Honey.
I studied Sports Science and Psychology because I’m fascinated by how the body and mind work. However, the “one-size-fits-all” rule has always been a constant irritation for me. This fuelled my search for a system that could not only explain how we are all unique but also provide guidance to navigate life, utilise our innate gifts and maximise important relationships.
When I discovered Human Design, my life changed. I was struggling to raise two bright neurodiverse kids. I was completely burnt out and bitter. Human Design started me down the path of healing, learning and self-discovery.
I am a 2/4 Splenic Projector with the Right Angle Cross of Eden 3.
I am grateful to share my knowledge with the world in an easy-to-understand way using my gifts of enthusiasm and curiosity. I get excited exploring a new chart that uncovers unique potential just waiting to be unlocked.
My special interests include managing conflict resolution, maximising relationships, exploring patterns shaped by difficult experiences, finding purpose, developing self-worth and managing stress.
Our Story
Our Journey Together
We were friends first, then mothers alongside one another, sharing the joys and challenges of family life. When Human Design entered our world, curiosity led us into study, many fascinating rabbit holes and countless conversations as we explored our own charts and those of the people closest to us.
Along the way, we began to recognise both the strength of our partnership and the individual gifts each of us brings. Learning to honour one another’s Inner Authority helped our friendship deepen through greater authenticity, compassion and respect. Human Design became more than something we studied—it became part of how we understand ourselves, our relationships and the work we feel called to share.
That shared foundation is at the heart of HD Gateways. We love making complex information clear and guiding others through their own journeys of discovery, practical understanding and deeper self-trust—one gateway at a time.
