Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

HD Gateways respects your privacy. This policy explains how Honey King and Deirdre Aufrichtig handle personal information submitted through this website and the connected booking experience.

Information we collect

Depending on the form or service you use, we may collect your name, email address, practitioner and service preferences, preferred date, message, booking information, payment status, and the birth details needed to prepare a Human Design service. Where a service involves a child, parent or partner, information about that person may also be supplied.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver requested services, administer bookings and payments, prepare agreed educational materials, maintain service records, and comply with legal obligations. Newsletter details are used for marketing only when a person signs up for the newsletter.

Who receives it

Your information is received by Honey or Deirdre according to the practitioner or service selected. Service providers used for website hosting, forms, booking, payment, email, and document delivery may process information only as needed to provide those functions.

Retention and security

Enquiry and service information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the enquiry, provide the service, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Contact deirdre@hdgateways.com or honey@hdgateways.com.

Children’s information

A parent or legal guardian should provide and authorise any personal or birth information relating to a child. That information is used only for the requested service and is subject to the same retention and access principles described above.

This policy should be reviewed by a South African privacy professional as the service and its systems evolve.
